Once upon a time, there was a serial entrepreneur who began his career owning Outpatient Addiction Treatment Clinics. His name is Jonathan Connell and he’s the Chief Executive Officer of MedSTAT. Opening his first clinic in 2004, Jonathan realized a short time later the needs of smaller, highly specialized clinics tended to be overlooked and underserved. And important products weren’t always available to meet the needs of those clinics.

In addition, personal service and customized support were also missing from the medical supply industry. Large corporate medical supply companies were happy to accommodate the needs of large customers. But smaller, highly specialized healthcare providers failed to receive the same level of service, commitment and account management support. Recognizing and understanding the value of the smaller and more specialized clinics and the important role they play in providing critical patient care, Jonathan opened MedSTAT in 2007. And when MedSTAT opened its doors, the company’s unwavering focus on the customer – and exceeding their needs and expectations – became its mission.
